What personal data do we collect and from where do we collect it?
We collect personal data about you when you are in contact with us (for example when you make a purchase, fill in a form or visit the website). The information we collect is your name, personal identification number, address, email address and telephone number, purchase, order and usage history, IP address and information you provide to our customer service.

For how long is Personal Data stored?
The information we collect about you will be retained during our business relationship with you. However, we will delete your personal information within three (3) years of the end of the business relationship. Please note that some data must be stored for a longer period of time, even after a business relationship has ended, when required by national law. Such requirements may arise, for example, from tax or accounting laws. Please also note that some domain name registrations also require certain data to be stored for an extended period of time.

No information about you will be kept longer than necessary or in a way that is contrary to the law.

Disclosure of Personal Data
We have the right to engage Sub-processors (third-party data processors) to Process Personal Data on your behalf. We undertake to inform you of any plans to make use of and/or replace a Sub-processor, giving you the opportunity to object to such changes.

If we engage Sub-processors to Process Personal Data on your behalf, we are fully liable to you for such Sub-processors.
Companies that Process Personal Data on our behalf will always enter into a data processor agreement with us to ensure that a high level of protection for your Personal Data is maintained by our partners. In the case of non-EU/EEA partners, specific safeguards are taken, such as signing agreements containing standard data transfer clauses adopted by the European Commission.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time if you believe that your Personal Data is being Processed in breach of applicable data protection legislation.
